I claim my blog on a website called technorati.com. This is where the online community can read you blogs. I also list my blog with the search engines. I use google and yahoo. There are also other websites that will list you blog to search engines also. These services are all free. Make sure to place tags on your blog to make it easier to find. Also posting to blog directories and blog forums are helpful for getting your blog viewed.
